Hello, summer! Another year round but this time no skin tanning because there's no island hopping and no banana boat ride.

Don't be sad. Not really frustrating because the place and the food is fairly awesome.

Every year we got this company outing yet this time it'll be 8 freaking hours land travel. We left Manila by 3:40 am still sleepy and excited the same time.

Here we go, Pangasinan my virginal trip begins. Yes, my first time to visit this place.

The resort's food is very nice. The staff and crew are accomodating so far. During that time, incident happened that massive black out from lunch up to 7 in the evening, no water too that's kinda frustrating yet everything is still awesome.

If you are a beach fanatic this place is highly recommended. The waves are too strong nice for wake boarders.

A healthy thought

It's been a while, and it's 2017 without a trace.

I wanna leave and wish I'll be gone. But no.

I'm a happy heart. So sharing my heartful recipe for you.

Brocolli Con Tuna

Ingredients: (solo meal)

1/4 kg Brocolli P25

1 small can Century Tuna Hot and Spicy P22

1 big size tomatoe P3

1 clove garlic P2

1 small size onion P5

1/4 Baguio Beans P15

Put small amount of oil in a pan. Saute garlic until medium brown. Then follow onion and tomatoe. Saute brocolli and beans until tender. Don't over cooked the veggies. Then when almost done, mix it with Century Tuna with the sauce. Serve while hot.

Only P75 for a very nice meal. Best partner with fried fish.

A Second Chance (House Kui Tea House)

Another day of food tripping. Well, it lessens though. I am reducing food intake these days not because I'm on a diet but my wallet does. Lol.

And if not due to my sponsor probably I won't take a second chance. I blamed her.

But with all the same goodness, I can say it's worth coming back. And maybe I'll treat my man here soon.

Come and visit Ramen Kuroda at Lucky Chinatown Mall here in Binondo, Manila.

The noodles are firm and long. And the budget is affordable. One noodle bowl is enough for craving.
