A healthy thought

It's been a while, and it's 2017 without a trace.

I wanna leave and wish I'll be gone. But no.

I'm a happy heart. So sharing my heartful recipe for you.

Brocolli Con Tuna

Ingredients: (solo meal)
1/4 kg Brocolli P25
1 small can Century Tuna Hot and Spicy P22
1 big size tomatoe P3
1 clove garlic P2
1 small size onion P5
1/4 Baguio Beans P15

Put small amount of oil in a pan. Saute garlic until medium brown. Then follow onion and tomatoe. Saute brocolli and beans until tender. Don't over cooked the veggies. Then when almost done, mix it with Century Tuna with the sauce. Serve while hot.
Only P75 for a very nice meal. Best partner with fried fish.
