My first time in Cabalen!! I'd expect this will be so great. Ahem, I am not really a fanatic. Lol. Their food was yummeh and it's very Filipino. If you crave for a "lutong-bahay" kind of serving then Cabalen is the right one for you. Cabalen is the traditional Kapampangan dishes with combinations of other Filipino cuisines and specialties. They served buffet, the Eat-all-you-can restaurant for only P368 per head. Good enough for the hungry nommers. So guys, a must try for the beginners!
