Something So Fishy

I wanna blog about my daughter's 4th bdae celebration which had happened two weeks ago, September 2 yet I still got no photos on my hand. So to fill the blank page of my blogspot, I wonder to put some fish dish why not eh?

Anyway, this could be sounds boring so click exit and sleep. :)

My dish for today was Tilapia Black Beans.

We don't need some expensive ingredients only the skill to cook. Lol. I have brought some small tilapia fish last week in Divisoria market and don't know how to make it taste good. So here we go.

Ingredients:
2 Small fried tilapia
1 clove garlic, dice small
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoon oil
2 full table spoon black beans
1 small piece sili
1 pack ginisa mix
1/2 spoon of sugar

There is no use to combine the knowledge power. Even small kiddo can make this as a starter. Ok, after you fried tilapia fish, set aside. Put oil in a pan. Saute garlic, onion until it turns brown. Then follow the black beans until it mix together and put some flavors according to your taste. Sugar will surely blend to the sour taste of our black beans. Put half glass of water. Yes dear, we are making the soup! :)

After we're done with the soup it will likely be sticker a bit, then put the fried tilapia on top and blend with the other ingredients. That's it, we eat!!

TADAH!
Spicy Tilapia on Black Beans

My photo doesn't seem nice but it surely taste good.

Have a happy heart! God bless you. ;)

A New Seed

I am travelling into a different life.
A life I never imagined.
I was confused.
I was scared.
But then again, this crystal tear,
made me braver.

Now I was overwhelmed.
A life that could make me change.
To hold and to trust.
Faith that made me strange.

Yes, this wasn't me anymore.
For little one that give me a new hope.
A life that I could dear.
Simple happiness that was so sincere.

Looking into the bright side.
A rainbow that I could spell it right.
Hope to spread it wings,
For a new joy that life could bring.

My New Pet, JJ!

Yesterday, I went to Quiapo, Manila to buy some stuff and bought some food to eat. While I was walking down the busy streets, some cuteness captured my sight. It's rabbit!

It was placed on a large selling basket together with other rabbits on a different color like white, brown and gray. And bought one gray color  male little thing.

He had no cage yet later soon I will buy him. I named him JJ! At first, he was so shy and always crumpled on dark side of my bed. But after hugging and kissing him, he was comfortable walking around my bed. Apparently shit and peed the same time wtf! His shit looks so tiny, dry and odorless but his pee was a foul smell. He was cute but stubborn because he chewed my tiny radio cable wtf! He was absolutely impish!

Here some photo of JJ the great.

Feeling comfy on my bed.

"First dinner with my mome!" - JJ :)

He was so cute nomming some beans.

On her carrots after finishing the beans.

"Ei, what's that, mome?" - JJ
Some Jolly fries for you, baby!" - me

nom nom nom

The morning we both woke up was worrying me because if I leave JJ home alone, he might be starving. So I put him on my bag and brought him to office. He was so happy jumping around my table and started chewing some documents wtf! So I grabbed him back to my drawer. He slept later. -_-

JJ on his office trip. Lol.

Busy rabbit.

Sniffing some office stuff.

That's all for JJ! He needs to sleep so bye guys!

Southwest Monsoon

August 7 and 8, 2012 one of the most unforgettable tragic moments in the Philippine history. The torrential rain had caused the whole Manila into flood, there is no typhoon but due to Southwest Monsoon almost left many families homeless and devastated with such trials.

A time to unite and a time to pray. God bless Filipinos.

Along C.M Recto Manila

At Binondo with Carlyn

Despite of hard life, filipinos still smile. After the fall, we stand still and shine.
We know not to give up. We work hard to go back.

Pray for Philippines.

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.

Another Rainy Moments

I wonder how to comfort myself. Last July 31, I was inviting my friends to come and join me watch some good movie but out of 5 peeps I have invited all refused. Lol. But never bothered to force them or something, it was just a nice approached to invite but not sincerely. Muahaha! I used to go out OBAMAself!

I would like to watch the Batman movie yet hesitant as I am still thinking the string of shooting incidents happened in Aurora, Colo so scary I don't want to experience the "Dark Night ..err Knight" moments and yes I am too exaggerated, thank you.

Second choice, I wanna watched "The Expendables" yet it's not yet showing --coming soon.

Some films are local which I don't like. So, I've bought "The Dictators" ticket.

The cam addict.

The Dictator ticket for P200. Sorry, it's blurry. Damn cellphone.

The movieghosters, ehem moviegoers.

I thought the film was a waste of money and time. But it was indeed a funny and naughty movie. I was like laughing till I die on my seat. It was a story of dictatorship and indeed a very nice movie.

The Dictator is a 2012 comedy film co-written by and starring Sacha Baron Cohen.

When it comes to originality and witty thoughts, this movie is a two thumbs-up! Applause!

But it was three thumbs-down when I am about to go home, it was the heavy rain and scary wind waiting outside the mall. I was trapped and can't go home it was flood everywhere. So I've walked like a showered poor chick from SM, Manila to Sta Cruz church. And another damn incident, there was this FX vehicle passenger who does flipped up the car door carelessly without looking on the outside passers by. I was hit on my arm until now it's swollen! Freaking experience.

Sta Cruz bridge

end of story -_-

Butter Chicken

Beef Steak

And a plate of shanghai rice but I dunno why I can't post the photo it said "lost in connection".

That was the tremendous rainy day moment and more soon. The typhoon Gener going gone to Taiwan.

Rainy Days in All Days!

It's rainy season in Philippines! Starting June I do expected it will be a rainy days because I never had a sunshiney birthday during this month. We all fond of being lazy or staying crumpled in bed sheet in a rainy day mode.

Despite of rain drops over my head, I still wanna go and create some nice moments ahead.

I was like teasing and smooching her around, she was so giddy.

She can't start eating her cheese burger coz I was being too cheesy with her. Haha!

You're more than a crispy french fries to me! Yums!

My very own black African girl.

More Love!

What's inside our Wendy's box?

We brought home a bacon burger and french fries for John. We left him home because he was grounded for some reasons as part of his punishment. With a minus on his allowance too.

Bebe girl.

She was so happy with her cute and tiny umbrella-ella-ella in this rainy season. Lol.

Cutier and chic-er black girl on earth.

After we ate, we planned to watch some 3D movie and Sydney was so excited. Yet her level of happiness falls down when I'd changed my mind and cancelled the date. I have explained to her that we can't be enjoying some movie in the absence of her brother. She easily nod and told me, "Yes mum, even he's hard headed he should be watching a Spidey movie." And I have hugged her so tight, what a thoughtful lil sistah!

Braver Sydney

I am gonna watch this film all by myself. Har har har!

Before going home. =)

Photo Updates:
Sydney on her donuts n' dip

She grown up so beautiful. Looks like me? Haha! Hmm, more on her father side, of course.

Peace!

Another Update!!
Yesterday, it was another rainy Sunday. It was so damn bored spending a life alone in the apartment while everyone was on their family. Yes, I didn't go home to Cavite due to heavy rain. I put a cup of coffee and neglected it to be cold. I was like staring on a blank television, everything was perfectly so bored. So despite of heavy rain, I went out. And more of that I have enjoyed some walkathon from Binondo to Tutuban, Divisoria. Hmm, what an exercise in between rain.

I have brought some nice stuff for my mother. And got my hair done pampered a little while in Jun L. Encarnacion Beauty Shop and Salon, located in Tutuban Recto, Manila.

Cellophane for P350

Trimmed hair. The fat lady working on me was so nice.

Before paying and go!

The Tutuban Mall in Divisoria. Looks like an ancestral house than a mall itself.

I am blogging soon the Cebu take two trip if my pocket will allow me. Lol. In August edition.

In God we trust.

Ancestral Beauty of Vigan

Haven't been active in blogging. I am active in sleeping. Lol. So I wanna prove how lazy my ass to blog this old trip to Vigan, Ilocus Sur during the grand day of my close friends, Willianne and Sonny Martinez nuptial.

I thought I have blog about this grand day but damn. While I am checking the archives I was like oh em gee.

So here we go. Maybe I wanna show you some nice photos but not deliberately tell the whole story because this was very late almost 8 months ago. Lol!

We traveled for 8 to 9 hours. We left Manila by night and approached Vigan by early morning. It was tiring yet enjoyable especially the sight seeing.

We booked to one of the nicest hotel in Vigan -- The Gordon Hotel. The kids was excitedly jumping in bed. They were screaming for joy. After the long trip, the bed was inviting to comfort us.

DAY ONE.
Sonia with daughter and me with mine. Haha!

My precious Sydney.

Happy Sydney and Sophia. Sonia and Gina on the background.

Cute or cuteness? Lol.

I swear, everything I have seen in Vigan was ancestral. The road was like old picture of Spanish time. The culture was so neat and conservative. It was clean and fun you can inhale-exhale in an open-clear air compare to Manila. And the stuff around the hotel was very nice. Antique in beauty.

Antique closet

Antique mirror.

Everything comes in an antique wood.

Their toilet was so spacious and clean.

Taken in evening.

Then we fall asleep with a big smile of comfort.

DAY TWO.

Now we are all excited for the grand time, the most awaited moment. The wedding day.
The wedding church

The very beautiful bride, Willianne Rose.

Here comes the bride.

The beautiful couple.

I was teared eyes while in between the mass. The couple are both close to me. They were my office mates and they have proved each other how they survived and made their dreams come true.

Beautiful girls.

Wishing to have my own DSLR camera. Lol.

My Sydney.

The wedding ends well.
Congrats!

Ms Elvira Lopez with the hubby.

The food served was superb, very delicious and very organized yet some MC's during the time was kinda lazy or should I say not really good in handling some activities. Lol.

A couple of birds.

Wish to walk here. :-P

The couple approaching.

Everyone was cheering and happy.

Drinking of wine.

Eating time.
The food was perfectly good.

All ends well. We leave the new couple with a smile on their heart.

Midnight Shop Along Vigan.
So we never really got a tired feet. We went outside to enjoy midnight shopping along the area. Everything was so rightly for us. We all excited and there's a lot of foreign shoppers whom go along with us too.

Now let us go.

My little daughter.

Loves the new hair clip stolen from my Sydney. Teeheehee.

Now let us enjoy some photo session.

She was trying. Lol.

And they were.

Too cute!!

Both kids are enjoying their cam-whoring session.

Truth, they'd modelling the chairs furniture. Wahaha!

Stairway to cuteness.

The sisters. Lol. (It looks like a tele novela series or some kind of soap opera photo)

The hotel outside view

Then we went our assess out to shop!
The ancestral ambiance. Very nice!

The busy midnight shoppers.

We let the kids tripped along the down town using the "Kalesa" or horse drawn carriage.

As I have remembered, it charged only P40 per head touring around the city.

Happy me.

Obviously, I am running out of caption. WTF!

Looks so creepy. Right or what?

Sleeping time.

The kids are not yet sleepy. Play on the go!

I can't sleep too. Busy on my photo art.

take two.

DAY THREE. (The going home.)

I felt so kinda sad leaving Vigan. Truth, I was fallen in love with the place and the trace. I think I need to visit this place once again. This time with someone so close. Lol.

We woke up so early like 5:45AM and have our breakfast in the hotel. I was amazed the kids was so organized and never had trouble upon preparing themselves.

Still alive!

Beautiful fan.

Blurry snap.

I'd ordered the Vigan's special longganisa. So yummeh!

Tender juicy tocino.

Beef Steak with salty egg.

After the heavy breakfast, we moved back to Manila and shop along the street of Vigan.

Playing and cam-whoring along the trip.

I love you so much, Sydney!

Some Vigan nice stuff.
Stone made decorations.

Handicrafts.

The famous basil of Vigan.

Sukang Buko (the native vinegar)

The actual making of their jars and some decor.

One of their hand made small jars.

 And big ones.

The kalesa

As we drove along, we have been fascinated with the Subic baw view sea. So we sneak to took a pic.

With Sophia.

During this time, Sydney was asleep so I didn't wake her up. We assume to enjoy a little bit until we never noticed the time and Sydney wake up screaming my name. Gosh, sorry bebe.

There left the poor Sydney.

Kissed her a lot to make her comfort.

This one made her so pee. Haha! Sorry.

Thus, a long story to share with. Someday, I will be going back to Vigan and further more, what made me comes back was the originality of their preserved culture that made visitors fascinated.

I love you, Vigan!
